Our company is a machine automation manufacturer, authorized distributor and offer other services. We want our customer to be happy and satisfy.
If the product that you purchased is damaged and not functioning, just contact us or email us within 7 days from the receive of original order and we will replace it.
If we fail to deliver product in 14 days from the date you email or call us we will make discount your purchased for you.

Shipment
How long does regular shipment usually take?
Shipments duration may differ a bit due to your region's own customs process, but you can expect these delivery from the day of purchase.
Other product we sell is from our principal. Shipment of the product is depend on the availability on our principal.
We ship products as soon as possible, but not the same day as you order. If you have any questions about the lead time on specific product, you can contact us or call us. We will response as soon we received.
