By means of three light barriers respectively three optical fibers integrated in a transmitter and receiver unit the SI-JET spray jet control systems check the density, symmetry, and cone angle of the spray jet. Choked or incorrectly set nozzles can thus be detected in time. Due to the integrated pressed air facility (at transmitter and receiver side of the fork) these systems are insensitive to dirt accumulation.
The comprehensive PC software SI-JET-Scope allows parameterisation of the system via Windows®.
